Our comprehensive inspections include:

The interior video scan allows Zen to examine areas of the chimney that aren’t readily visible, looking for damage, construction defects, and other conditions that may require attention.
Once the inspection is complete, he’ll explain what he finds and help you understand your options.

At Fire Aid, sweeping is offered in conjunction with our inspection and gas service appointments rather than as a standalone service.
Zen will evaluate your system and recommend sweeping when it’s needed. You won’t be automatically sold a cleaning simply because you’ve scheduled an appointment.
