Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA)

Zen’s CSIA certification demonstrates his professional training and knowledge of chimney systems, inspections, and maintenance.

National Fireplace Institute (NFI)

His NFI gas certification provides specialized credentials for working with gas hearth appliances and fireplace systems.

Together, these credentials support Fire Aid’s ability to serve homeowners with both wood-burning and gas fireplaces.

We back our work with a one-year workmanship warranty. If a defect in our original workmanship is identified within one year, we’ll correct it, subject to the warranty terms.
